变形加工工艺对钼棒力学性能和显微组织的影响 被引量:7

摘要 详细介绍了粉末冶金钼棒的轧制、快锻、空气锤自由锻、精锻等变形加工工艺,研究了不同变形加工工艺对钼棒力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,轧制和快锻工艺可以获得组织均匀、性能优异的钼棒;通过严格控制加热温度和道次变形量,空气锤自由锻工艺也可以制备组织均匀一致的钼棒;精锻由于其自身的特点,制备的钼棒表层和芯部组织性能差别较大,但适合生产较长规格的钼棒。 The deformation processing technologies of powder metallurgy molybdenum rod such as rolling,rapid forging,air hammer free forging and precision forging were introduced in detail. The effects of different deformation processing technologies on the mechanical properties and microstructure of molybdenum rod were studied.The results show that molybdenum rods with uniform microstructure and excellent properties can be obtained by rolling and rapid forging processes. By strictly controlling the heating temperature and pass deformation,the air hammer free forging process can also produce molybdenum rods with uniform and consistent structure. Due to the characteristics of precision forging,the microstructure and properties of the surface layer and the core of the molybdenum rod prepared by precision forging are quite different,but it is suitable for producing molybdenum rods with longer specifications.
