摘要
采用离散元分析方法,利用EDEM软件模拟混料机的物料混合过程,得出工作过程中物料的运动情况和混合效果,分析了摩擦因数和上、下转体的旋转速度对混料机混合效果的影响。结果表明:靠近转体叶片部位的颗粒速度最大,靠近外壳体内壁的颗粒速度最小;且随着摩擦因数和上、下转体转速的增加,混料机的混合效果越好,即增加转速和摩擦因数能够提高混料机的混合效果。
The discrete element analysis method was used to simulate the material mixing process of the mixer with EDEM software to get the velocity distribution and the mixing effect of the material during the working process. The influence of friction coefficient and rotation speed of the upper and lower swings on mixing effect of mixer was also analyzed. The results show that the speed of the particles close to the rotor blade is the highest and the speed of those close to the outer shell is the smallest. With the increase of the friction coefficient and the rotation speed of the upper and lower rotors,the better mixing effect is obtained,that is,increasing the rotation speed and the friction coefficient can improve the mixing effect of the mixer.
