摘要
当前医院财务管理系统运行风险较大、用户满意度较低、灵活性较差,提出并设计基于Android的医院财务管理系统。依据系统的网络拓扑结构和Android系统相关分析,对财务管理系统客户端、系统主要功能模块和数据仓库进行设计。财务管理系统客户端会依据客户的实际需求,将客户端划分成信息交互单元和数据计算单元;系统主要功能模块分为账目管理单元、工资管理单元、项目管理单元、系统管理单元、固定资产管理单元、收支管理单元和报表管理单元,对各个单元的子单元划分进行了简析,并详细介绍了收支管理单元中的门诊挂号费管理模块和住院费管理模块;医院财务数据仓库中,在应用层和数据仓库间设置了交互平台,将该模块融入至当前的数据仓库,实现大规模数据的处理和存储及运行。实验结果表明,所提系统运行安全系数大、用户满意度较高、系统运行的灵活性系数平均为0.94。该系统鲁棒性较强,各方面性能优于当前系统。
At present, the hospital financial management system has high operational risk, low user satisfaction and poor flexibility. It proposes and designs a hospital-based financial management system based on Android. According to the system's network topology and Android system related analysis, the financial management system client, system main function modules and data warehouse design. The financial management system client will divide the client into an information interaction unit and a data calculation unit according to the customer's actual needs;the main functional modules of the system are divided into account management unit, salary management unit, project management unit, system management unit, and fixed asset management. The unit, the revenue and expenditure management unit and the report management unit analyze the subunit division of each unit,and introduce in detail the outpatient registration fee management module and the hospitalization fee management module in the revenue and expenditure management unit;in the hospital financial data warehouse, An interactive platform is set up between the application layer and the data warehouse to integrate the module into the current data warehouse to realize large-scale data processing, storage and operation. The experimental results show that the proposed system has a large operating safety factor, high user satisfaction, and an average system operating flexibility factor of 0. 94. The system has strong robustness and performance in all aspects is superior to the current system.
