摘要
针对医疗设备供应链管理混乱、质量监管困难的问题,文中设计了一种面向质量监督的高度集成化的供应链管理系统。通过划分供应链管理系统的系统功能模块和规划SPD模式的职能需求,实现供应链管理系统的高度集成化管理。其次,文中基于C/S/S软件架构分别开发PC客户端和手持设备客户端,结合Web Service服务程序提供系统服务。另外,结合功能与可操作性需求给出了相应的数据库结构设计,可以有效满足质量监督和医疗设备追溯的需求。文中所设计的医院供应链管理系统可有效适用于多类型、多规模的医院,为医院医疗耗材供应链管理提供有力的工具。
In view of the confusion of medical equipment supply chain management and the difficulty of quality supervision ,a highly integrated supply chain management system is designed for quality supervision. By dividing the functional modules of supply chain management system and planning the functional requirements of SPD mode, the highly integrated management of supply chain management system is realized. Otherwise, Web Service based on C/S/S structure is constructed, PC client and smart client applications respectively to enhance the practicability of the management system is designed. In addition,combined with the functional and operational requirements, the corresponding database structure design is given, which can effectively meet the requirements of quality supervision and medical equipment traceability. The hospital supply chain management system designed in this paper can be effectively applied to multitype and multi-scale hospitals, and provides a powerful tool for hospital medical supplies supply chain management.
