摘要
非本征法布里帕罗干涉(extrinsic fabry-perot interferometric,EFPI)的光纤超声传感器灵敏度高,不受电磁干扰的影响,文中将其应用于油中局部放电定位。首先设计了2×2的EFPI超声传感器阵列,可放置在油中检测局放超声波信号;然后根据可控响应功率(steered response power,SRP)声源定位理论对局放源进行定位;最后应用SRP和多重信号分类(multiple signal classification, MUSIC)算法处理实验信号并进行对比。结果表明文中设计的EFPI传感器阵列能够在油中检测到信噪比较高的局部放电信号;SRP算法测向误差小于MUSIC算法,能够根据单次测量实现定位,但定位精度有待进一步提高。文中提出的方法对于EFPI光纤超声传感器在电气设备局部放电定位方面的实际应用具有参考意义。
Extrinsic fabry-perot interferometric (EFPI) optical fiber ultrasonic sensor has high sensitivity and is not affected by electromagnetic interference. This paper applies it to partial discharge (PD) localization in oil. First a 2x2 EFPI ultrasonic sensor array is designed, which can be placed in the oil to detect PD ultrasonic signal. Then according to the steered response power(SRP) sound source localization theory to locate PD. Finally SRP and MUSIC (multiple signal classification) algorithms are used to process the experimental signals and compared. The results show that the EFPI sensor array can detect the partial discharge signal with high SNR in the oil. The SRP algo rithm has less error than the MUSIC algorithm and can locate PD according to a single measurement, but the positioning accuracy should be further improved. The method proposed in this paper has reference significance for the practical application of EFPI optical fiber ultrasonic sensor in partial discharge positioning of electrical equipment.
