摘要
目的探讨电生理检查在格林-巴利综合征中的诊断价值。方法选取2014年1月-2018年1月来我院进行治疗的40例GBS患者为研究对象。所有的患者均符合GBS的检测标准。通过神经电生理检查,记录分析其:MCV、SCV、F波以及肌电图;F波潜伏期延长的有22例,占55.0%。结果 40例患者的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导的异常率分别是61.23%、40.21%,肌肉出现正锐波、纤颤电位。结论神经电生理检查能够作为格林-巴利综合征中有效的诊断之一。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of electrophysiological examination in Guillain-Barre syndrome. Methods 40 cases of GBS patients were selected from January 2014 to January 2018. All patients met the GBS test criteria. Through neuroelectrophysiological examination, it is recorded and analyzed: MCV, SCV, F wave and electromyogram;There were 22 cases, accounting for 55.0 %. Results The abnormal rates of motor nerve conduction speed and sensory nerve conduction in 40 patients were 61.23 % and 40.21 %, respectively. Conclusions Neuroelectrophysiological examination can be used as one of the effective diagnosis of Guillain-Barre syndrome.
