摘要
联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术是一种针对中晚期肝癌的根治性术式,可诱导肝脏快速增生从而提高肿瘤切除率,但因其术后并发症和围术期病死率较高,目前应用尚存在争议。本文就联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术的研究进展作一综述。
Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy, as a new radical surgery for advanced liver cancer, can induce liver proliferation and increase tumor resection rate, but it has been controversial due to its high postoperative complications and perioperative mortality. This paper reviews the research progress of application of associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy.
