摘要
文章针对神华8轴大功率交流传动货运电力机车在部分线路分相区出现的牵引/制动力不足以及过分相装置误发分相信号等问题,对过分相控制逻辑进行优化研究,提出一种分段斜率卸载控制模式以解决机车进入分相区后提前卸载牵引/制动力引起的动力不足问题,并采用距离控制方式解决了控制系统因接收到错误的过分相信号而导致的过完分相后不能顺利闭合主断路器的问题。仿真及现场测试结果表明,优化后的自动过分相控制方式能确保机车在牵引重载货运列车时顺利通过不同的路况和不同装置状态下的分相区。
In this paper, the locomotive automatic neutral-section control logic optimization was researched to tackle the problem of insufficient traction/braking force in some neutral-section and false signal from neutral-section device of HXdI high-power electric locomotive. Then a new traction power reduction slope was proposed to solve the problem of insufficient power caused by reducing the power in advance after entering neutral-section, and a distance control method was adopted to solve the problem that the control system cannot give a command to close the main circuit breaker when receiving a wrong signal. The simulation and field test results show that the optimization program helps electric locomotive with heavy haul train successfully pass through the neutral-section under different road conditions and different device states.
