摘要
为探寻一种能够智能实现施工进度计划自动编排的方法,将BIM技术引入传统进度计划编排中。首先梳理传统进度计划编排的不足,其次总结归纳工序推理规则,构建专家知识库存储工序推理规则。然后通过Revit二次开发分别实现构件参数获取、工序逻辑确定、时间参数计算3大功能模块,建立进度计划自动编排模型。最后以某教学实验大楼为应用实例,自动计算进度计划参数,实现进度计划自动生成编排。结果表明该模型较传统手工编排效率高、速度快、方便实用。
In order to find a way to intelligently realize the automatic generation of construction schedules, BIM technology is introduced into the traditional schedule planning. In the research, firstly, the deficiencies of traditional schedule planning are discussed. Then, this research reviews the application of BIM technology in automatic generation of schedule. On this basis, this research establishes an expert knowledge base to store the rules of process reasoning. Through Revit secondary development, three functional modules of parameter acquisition, process logic determination and time parameter calculation are implemented to establish the automatic generation model of schedule. Finally, a teaching experiment building is used as an example to realize the automatic time parameter calculation and automatic generation of schedule. The results show that this model is more efficient and convenient than traditional manual arrangement.
