某单发活塞式飞机刹车盘的有限元建模与模态分析

摘要 近年来我国的通用航空产业得到了大力发展,这对通航飞机的安全性提出了更加严峻的要求。刹车盘作为飞机安全的重要部件之一,各种文献对其研究较少。因此,本文对某型单发活塞式飞机的刹车盘进行了测量,并结合Hypermesh和Nastran软件进行了有限元建模和自由模态与约束模态分析,并对结果进行了对比分析。 In recent years, China’s general aviation industry has been vigorously developed, which puts more severe requirements on the safety of general aviation aircraft. Brake discs are one of the important components of aircraft safety. But the study on the brake disc is few. So, in this article, the brake disc of a kind of a single piston aircraft was measured. And the finite element model was built with Hypermesh and free and constraint modal analysis and the comparison were conducted with Nastran.
