摘要
目的:探讨中医医院的用药咨询服务模式,为其他中医医院相关工作提供借鉴及参考。方法:对北京中医医院四年来用药咨询资料的汇总分析,总结中医医院用药咨询的工作要点。结果与结论:用药咨询是临床药学的重要工作内容,在用药咨询工作中引入数据库管理模式,可以有目的性地对患者给出更精准的解答,有利于中药用药咨询工作发展和完善。
Objective: To explore the medication consultation mode in a TCM hospital in order to provide references for other TCM hospitals. Methods: The medication consultations in Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in four years were analyzed in order to summarize the main points of consultation in TCM hospitals. Results and Conclusion: Medication consultation is an important part of clinical pharmacy. Introducing the database management mode in medication consultation can give patients more accurate answers,which is conducive to the development and improvement of the consultation for Chinese medicines.
