摘要
简要介绍了目前常用的4种网状反射面天线型面划分方法的原理;鉴于这些网格划分方法划分结果缺乏统一的评价标准,从实际加工制造和型面网格均匀程度的角度出发,提出了衡量划分结果一致性的两个评价指标:杆件统一性和单元一致性;利用提出的两个评价指标对二次投影法、改进的三向网格法、迭代法及等弧投影法4种方法的划分结果进行了比较,结果发现采用改进的三向网格法和迭代法所得结果的杆件统一性指标优于其他方法,而采用等弧投影法所得结果具有较好的单元一致性。研究结果为网状反射面可展开天线型面划分提供重要的技术参考。
This paper briefly introduces the commonly-used four methods of profile division of mesh reflector deployable antenna.Currently,since there is no uniform standard for evaluating the results of profile division,two evaluation indexes-bar uniformity and unit consistency are proposed to check whether the results are consistent,from the perspectives of actual manufacturing and the uniformity of profile mesh.Based on this,the four methods-quadratic projection method,improved three-way grid method,iterative method and equal arc projection method are compared.The results show that the bar uniformity obtained by means of the improved three-way grid method and the iterative method is better than that obtained by means of the other methods,and the equal arc projection method ensures a higher standard of unit consistency.These results provide important technical reference for the profile division of mesh reflector deployable antenna.
