摘要
探讨地塞米松冲击疗法联合手术治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的疗效及安全性。选取2014年12月至2017年12月肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者200例,随机分为冲击组和常治组,每组100例,常治组给予地塞米松常规用药联合手术治疗,冲击组给予地塞米松冲击疗法联合手术治疗,比较两组手术效果、并发症、不良反应、复发情况。冲击组和常治组切除腺体量、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症率基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);冲击组不良反应率明显低于常治组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);随访12个月期间,冲击组和常治组复发率分别为8. 00%,6. 00%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。地塞米松冲击疗法联合手术治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎具有良好的治疗疗效,且可有效减少患者的不良反应,值得临床推广。
To discuss the efficacy and safety analysis of dexamethasone shock therapy combined with surgical treatment of granulomatous mastitis,200 patients with granulomatous mastitis were selected from December 2014 to December 2017.All patients were randomly divided into shock group and control group,100 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment of dexamethasone therapy combined with surgical treatment,shock group was given dexamethasone shock therapy pulse therapy combined with surgical treatment,the surgical effect,complications,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared.The resection of the thyroid gland volume,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time,complication rate in shock group and control group were basically the same;the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The adverse reactions rate of shock group was significantly lower than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the12 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of shock group and control group was 8.00%and 6.00%respectively and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Dexamethasone shock therapy combined with surgical treatment has a good therapeutic effect in granulomatous mastitis,and it can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of the patients.It is worth for further clinical promotion.
