摘要
农药作为重要的农业生产资料,是把“双刃剑”。随着经济社会发展、科技进步及发展理念转变,农业生产从注重数量安全转为注重质量安全,公众由追求吃得饱转向吃得好、吃得安全、吃得健康,因此,加强农药管理工作势在必行。本文通过我省以贯彻落实新《条例》为主线,以创新工作方法和机制为推力,以整治和规范农药生产经营秩序为落脚点,全力推进农药管理工作开展并取得显著实效。
Pesticide, as one of the important means of agricultural production, is a double - edged sword. With the development of economy, society, science and technology, and the change of development concept, agricultural production has changed from focusing on food security to food safety ,and the public has changed from seeking eating enough to eating well, safely and healthily. Therefore , it is imperative to strengthen pesticide management. By taking the implementation of the new Regulations as the mainstream, the innovation of working practice and mechanisms as the motivation , and the regulation and standardization of the order of pesticide production and business as the purpose, this article is aimed to push forward pesticide management and achieve remarkable results.
