摘要
特高压直流输电线路的馈入使得受端输电网络的安全经济运行受到影响,为此该文提出了一种考虑特高压直流输电线路馈入的受端输电网架优化方法,在保障经济性的同时有效提高受端网络的安全稳定性。首先进行多场景构建以模拟负荷的时序波动特性,并对复杂场景进行缩减,获得典型运行场景集。在此基础上,建立受端输电网架双层多目标优化模型,模型外层以安全稳定性、经济性及环保性作为优化目标,模型内层以系统运行成本为目标进行最优潮流计算。利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解模型,形成Pareto非劣解集,并通过综合决策方法选取最优决策方案。最后结合算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
UHVDC infeed brings great influence for the stable and safe operation of receiving-end power transmission network. This paper proposes an optimization model for receiving-end power transmission network considering UHVDC infeed. Firstly,typical operation scenes are formed to simulate the fluctuation and uncertainties of loads. A two-layer multiobjective optimization model is established. The outer layer of the model is to optimize with the target of operation stability,economy and environmental performance. The inner layer of the model is essentially an optimal power flowmodel with the target of reducing operating cost. The model is solved with NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to form Pareto non-inferior solutions,and the optimal decision plan is selected with comprehensive decision method. The case study results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.
