摘要
为了节约电能,提高地埋式电力设备散热的即时性,设计了一种基于太阳能的地埋电力设备自通风结构,以太阳能作为电器元件驱动电源,利用"烟囱效应"实现对设备的自然散热,同时运用传感器、单片机组成的控制系统进行温度检测和自动排热处理,是一款绿色、智能、高效的节能散热装置。整体为圆柱状设计,在出风筒内通过"烟囱效应"形成气流循环。当温湿度传感器检测到出风筒内温湿度过大时,单片机控制排风扇强制排风,从而加快气流循环的速度,使电力设备的工作状况始终维持在适宜水平。整个系统结构合理、运行良好,节能效果较为显著。
In order to save energy and improve the instantaneous heat dissipation of buried power equipment, a self-ventilating structure of buried power equipment based on solar energy was designed. Designed with solar energy as the driving power source for electrical components, the "chimney effect” is used to realize the natural heat dissipation of the device. At the same time, the control system composed of the sensor and the single chip microcomputer is used for temperature detection and automatic heat treatment. It is a green, intelligent and efficient energy-saving heat dissipation device.. The overall design is cylindrical, and the air circulation is formed by the “chimney effect" in the air duct. When the temperature and humidity sensor detects that the temperature and humidity in the air cylinder is too large, the single-chip microcomputer controls the exhaust fan to forcibly exhaust air, thereby speeding up the air circulation, so that the working condition of the power equipment is always maintained at an appropriate level. The whole system has reasonable structure and good operation, and the energy saving effect is more remarkable.
