基于改进粒子群算法的含电动汽车的微电网经济调度 被引量:7

Economic scheduling of microgrid with electric vehicles based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm

摘要 以含电动汽车的并网型微电网为研究对象,在考虑储能系统损耗成本的基础上,建立了考虑运行成本和环境治理成本的经济调度模型.提出一种改进粒子群算法对模型进行求解,该算法采用了交叉和变异操作作用于个体历史最优值,并采用候选解修复和罚函数相结合的改进方法对模型中等式约束和不等约束进行处理.通过算例仿真分析了电动汽车集群在不同场景下微电网最优调度策略.结果表明,电动汽车集群参与微电网调度能够减少经济成本,提出的改进粒子群算法相比于标准粒子群算法等其他算法,求解结果更优且收敛性好. Taking the parallel-type microgrid, which includes electro-driven motor vehicle, as investigation object and based on the consideration of wastage cost of energy-storage system, an economic scheduling model is established where the operational cost and environment harness are taken into consideration. An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve this model. In this method, the crossover and mutation operations are applied to act to individual historical optimum and an improved method of candidate solution recovery combined with and penalty function is used to deal with equality constraints and inequality constraints in the model. The optimal scheduling strategy of microgrid is analyzed simulatively under different conditions of the set of electric vehicles. The result shows that the microgrid scheduling with the participation of electric vehicle set will be able to reduce the economic cost and the improved particle swarm algorithm will be better than the standard one and others with better solutions and fine convergence.
