摘要
目的:探讨BEKA四槽浴槽水疗结合低频氙光组合治疗对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者腕关节疼痛的影响。方法:选择2016年1～12月本院收治的脑卒中偏瘫老年患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组采用常规康复治疗方法加低频氙光组合治疗,观察组在此基础上增加BEKA四槽浴槽水疗治疗。治疗前和治疗6周后分别采用VAS疼痛分级、偏瘫手功能分级对疗效进行评价。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分、偏瘫手功能分级均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的VAS评分、偏瘫手功能分级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:BEKA四槽浴槽水疗结合低频氙光组合治疗偏瘫患者腕关节疼痛改善方面有积极作用。
Objective: To observe BEKA hydrotherapy combined with low-frequency xenon light combination for the treatment of wrist joint pain in elderly patients with hemiplegia. Methods: Forty elderly patients with stroke hemiplegia from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n = 20) and control group(n = 20).The control group were treated by routine rehabilitation therapy and low frequency xenon light combination treatment, on the basis of the observation group, increase BEKA hydrotherapy treatment. Before and after 6 weeks treatment respectively using VAS pain grading, hemiplegia hand function classification to evaluate the curative effect. Results: After treatment, the VAS score and the functional grade of hemiplegic hand were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05), and the VAS score and the functional grade of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: BEKA hydrotherapy combined with low-frequency xenon light combination therapy in patients with hemiplegia wrist pain improvement has a positive role.
