摘要
地罐交接是以加油站地罐为交接界面的一种收油模式,通过液位仪自动读取油高,自动计算实际卸量。该模式最大限度的减少了人工参与,提高了加油站收油作业的自动化和系统化应用,有效降低了员工的劳动强度,提高了加油站数量管理的便利性和可靠性;加油站储油地罐容积表是加油站地罐交接的最主要环节之一,地罐容积误差的精度和稳定性决定了地罐交接推进的公平性和可操作性。通过分析储油地罐油高(罐内液面高度,mm)和容积(L)之间的关系,计算油高在下降过程中容积表的变化与加油机实际出量之间的误差,通过修正容积表误差,提高储油地罐容积表的精度,解决储油地罐容积表精度不准的问题。只要保证加油站进出油的数据信息量足够、准确,通过本文论述的人工修正地罐容积的方法对地罐容积进行修正,可将地罐容积表的理论趋势误差降低到±1‰以内,具有较好的实际意义。通过将一些复杂的数据运算编制成计算机程序代码,以OFFICEEXCEL为平台,可操作性较强,便于推广。
The tank transfer is a kind of oil recovery mode with the gas station tank as the interface. Through automatic reading of oil height by liquid level meter, the actual unloading amount is automatically calculated. Gas station storage tank volume meter is one of the most important links in the transfer of tanks. The accuracy and stability of the oil storage tank volume meter determine the fairness and operability of the tank transfer. By analyzing the relationship between the height of the liquid surface and the volume in the tank,the error between the change of the volume table of the tank and the change of actual output the tanker in the process of falling was calculated, and the error of the volume table was corrected to improve the accuracy of tank volume meter.
