烟气脱硝脱硫除尘设施平面布置及管道设计

摘要 随着环境问题的日益突出,国家对石油炼制企业催化装置再生烟气排放制定了更为严格的标准,烟气脱硝脱硫除尘技术的应用很好的解决了催化再生烟气中氮氧化物、二氧化硫和粉尘的排放问题。国内某公司采用GEA Bischoff的SCR和E-Absorber湿法烟气脱硝脱硫除尘技术的设施已经成功运行,其在装置布置及管道设计方面均有其特点。本文以某催化装置增设催化再生烟气脱硝脱硫除尘设施为例,介绍脱硝部分、脱硫除尘部分的平面布置及管道设计的特点,为今后类似项目设计提供技术支持和积累。 As environmental problems are becoming more prominent, China has formulated stricter emission standards for the DCC flue gas, and the application of flue gas denitrification and desulphurization technology provides a good solution to the problem of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and dust emissions. The first flue gas denitrification and desulphurization facility base on GEA Bischoff SCR and EP-Absorber technology in China has been successfully used, and it has unique characteristics in layout and piping design.Taking a completed project as an example, the layout of denitrification and desulphurization facility was introduced as well as its piping design.
