摘要
机泵是石油化工装置必不可少的动力设备,其运行是否正常直接关系到装置生产的稳定性和连续性,机泵的正常运行主要取决于机械密封的可靠性,尤其是输送高温易燃易爆介质的油泵。本文对抚顺矿业集团页岩炼油厂ATP装置洗涤塔高温油泵机械密封泄漏的原因进行了分析,并提出了改造机械密封和冲洗方式的方案,来避免此类问题的发生。
Pump is a necessary power equipment in petrochemical plant, and its operation can directly affect the stability and continuity of plant production. The normal operation of pump mainly depends on the reliability of mechanical seal, especially for the oil pump which transports the high temeprature, inflammable and explosive media. In this paper, leakage reasons of mechanical seal of high-temprature oil pump in the hydrocarbon vapor scrubber of ATP unit of FMG shale oil plant were analyzed, and the modification plan of mechanical seal was put forward to avoid the occurrence of such problems.
