摘要
马克思社会总资本扩大再生产实现条件理论在社会主义市场经济条件下需要拓展,拓展后可得出社会主义市场经济条件下扩大再生产的实现条件包括供求总量平衡方面的条件、各部类之间比例关系方面的条件、各部类内部供求平衡方面的条件共15个,这些条件对我国当前的供给侧结构性改革具有一定的启示作用,对探讨我国为什么要进行供给侧结构性改革和如何进行供给侧结构性改革等问题提供了较好的思路。
Marx’s theory of conditions for expanding reproduction of total social capital calls for development under socialist market economy. The development demonstrates that the conditions for expanding reproduction of total social capital under socialist market economy include fifteen ones in terms of the balance of supply and demand, the proportional relationship among various sectors, and the balance of supply and demand within each sector, etc. and why we should conduct supply-side structural reforms and how to supply the supply side. Issues such as structural reforms provide better ideas. These conditions have enlightenment for the current supply-side structural reform in China, and offer fruitful thought for discussing why China should carry out the supply-side structural reform and how to carry out the reform.
