改革开放的历史经验证明,不断加强和改善党的领导,全面从严治党,是改革开放取得成功的关键和根本。党的十八大以来,习近平针对"为什么要坚持和加强党对改革开放的领导、怎样坚持和加强党对改革开放的领导"这一根本问题,就党在领导改革开放中举旗定向、价值导向、路径引领、领导核心锻造等方面发表了一系列重要论述。这些重要论述思想深邃、观点鲜明、内容丰富、逻辑严谨,构建起完整的党领导改革开放的指导思想体系,为新时代坚定不移推进全面深化改革、扩大对外开放提供了行动指南。
The historical experience of reform and opening up proves that continuously strengthening and improving the party’s leadership and strictly administering the party strictly is key and fundamental to the success of reform and opening up. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jin-ping has addressed the fundamental question of "why and how to adhere to and strengthen the party’s leadership over reform and opening up" and produced a series of important expositions concerning the party’s decisive force, value orientation, path guidance and leadership strengthening in leading reform and opening up. These important expositions are profound in thought, clear in viewpoints, rich in content, and logically rigorous. They build up a complete system of guiding ideology for party’s leadership over reform and opening up, and provide an action guide for unswervingly promoting the comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up to the outside world in the new era.
