摘要
为分析蒸汽吹灰对机组煤耗的影响,以660 MW超超临界火电机组为研究对象,基于热平衡提出了考虑管道效率的蒸汽吹灰分析模型,分析了吹灰蒸汽量和汽源位置对机组煤耗的影响。研究表明:管道效率会随着吹灰蒸汽量的增加而下降,平均蒸汽量每增加1 t/h,管道效率降幅增加约0.06%,供电煤耗率增加0.15 g/kW·h。
In order to explore the impact of steam soot-blowing on the coal consumption of the unit,with the 660 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power unit as the research object in this paper,an optimization model of soot-blowing based on the method of heat balance and pipeline efficiency is put forward,and the influence of steam amount of soot-blowing and steam source position on coal consumption of the unit is analyzed.The study shows that the efficiency of the pipeline will decrease with the steam amount of soot-blowing;for every 1 t/h increase of the average steam amount,the efficiency of the pipeline will decrease by about 0.06% and the coal consumption rate will increase by 0.15 g/(kW·h).
