摘要
文章分析了新形势下对"双师型"教师的要求。从药物制剂"双师型"教师培训基地制度的完善、培训基地场所的构成、培训基地师资的组建、培训基地培训内容的选择、培训基地考核评价体系的构建等方面,对新形势下药物制剂专业"双师型"教师培训基地的建设进行了探索与实践,旨在不断完善校企合作开展职业教育师资培养培训的机制,搭建"校企合作平台",构建行业、企业和学校"三位一体"的药物制剂"双师型"教师培训基地并通过完善的基地考核评价体系确保基地的培训质量和成效。
This paper analyses the requirements of"double-qualified"teachers under the new situation.This paper probes into the construction of"double-qualified"teacher training base for pharmaceuticals specialty under the new situation from the aspects of perfecting the system of"double-qualified"teacher training base for pharmaceuticals,the composition of training base,the establishment of training base teachers,the selection of training contents,and the construction of evaluation system for training base.The aim is to continuously improve the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education teacher training,to build a"school-enterprise cooperation platform",to build a"double-qualified"teacher training base for pharmaceutical preparations in industry,enterprise and school,and to ensure the quality and success of the training base through a sound base assessment and evaluation system effectiveness.
