摘要
当代学子需要面临空前的学业压力,同时需要应对诸多学业挫折。学业复原力是学生成功应对学校日常学习活动中典型学业挫折的能力,有利于促使个体获得学业成功,还有利于个体保持个人心理健康发展。本文综述了国内外学业复原力的研究现状,介绍学业复原力的测量方法、预测因子以及学业复原力后效,旨在为相关研究提供参考。
Contemporary students need to face unprecedented academic pressure and need to cope with many academic setbacks.Academic buoyancy is the ability of students to successfully cope with the typical academic setbacks in the daily learning activities of the school. It is conducive to the individual’s academic success and to the individual’s mental health. Aiming to provide reference for related research,this paper reviews the previous research on the measurement,predictors,and consequences of academic buoyancy.
