摘要
基于低温热管换热技术设计研发了回收矿井回风余热资源的换热装置,应用在阳煤集团一矿吴家掌风井。针对项目概况、方案设计及运行效果进行详细论述,系统运行测试表明本装置设计合理,可满足矿井回风热能回收的要求。低温热管换热系统运行费仅21.8万元/a,比传统热风炉运行费用减少250余万元/a,煤耗为0,对环境零污染。
Based on the heat transfer technology of low temperature heat pipe, designed and developed a heat exchanger for recovering the waste heat resource of mine return air, which was applied in Wujiazhang air well of No.1 mine of Yangquan coal Industry Group. The general situation of the project, the design scheme and the operation effect and discussed in detail. The system operation test results show that the design of the device is reasonable. It can meet the requirement of heat recovery of coal mine return air. In terms of economic and environmental benefit, the annual operating cost of low temperature heat transfer system is only 218,000 yuan, which is more 2.5 million less than that of hot blast stove in heating season, and the coal consumption is zero. Zero pollution to the environment.
