中国中小学教师幸福感现状调查与教育建议 被引量:13

The Current Situation of Chinese Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Well-Being: An Investigation and Strategies

摘要 本研究采用孟万金教授主持研发的《中国中小学教师幸福感量表》对15个城市1442名中小学教师进行调查,从心理幸福感、职业幸福感、健康幸福感、社交幸福感、财务幸福感和环境幸福感六大维度系统全面地考察我国中小学教师幸福感现状。结果表明,中小学教师幸福感总体发展水平良好,六大维度得分由高到低依次为:职业幸福感、社交幸福感、环境幸福感、心理幸福感、健康幸福感和财务幸福感;高中教师幸福感得分显著低于小学和初中教师;男教师的职业幸福感得分显著低于女教师;班主任的幸福感得分显著低于非班主任;一级和二级职称教师幸福感得分显著低于高级职称教师;11~15年教龄教师幸福感得分显著低于0~5年、16~20年和20年以上教龄的教师;年收入5万以下教师的幸福感得分显著低于年收入5~10万和10万以上的教师。最后,提出了提高中小学教师幸福感水平的教育建议。 This study aims to explore the current situation of Chinese primary and secondary school teachers'well-being,based on a survey of 1442 Chinese primary and secondary school teachers in 15 cities with the Chinese Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Well-Being Scale developed by Prof.Meng Wanjin,which involves teachers'well-being in psychology,occupation,health,social contact,finance,and environment.The results show the following:On the whole,the teachers tested showed a high level of well-being;they scored the highest in occupational well-being,followed by social,environmental,psychological,health-oriented,and financial well-being;the teachers in upper secondary schools scored significantly lower than those in primary and lower secondary schools;the male teachers scored significantly lower than the female teachers in occupational well-being;the class advisers scored significantly lower than the others;the teachers with first-or second-level profes-sional titles scored significantly lower than those with higher-level professional titles;the teachers with 11-15 years of teaching experience scored significantly lower than those with 0-5,16-20 or over 20 years of teachingexperience;and the teachers with an annual income of less than 50,000 RMB yuan scored significantly lower than those with an annual income of 50,000-100,000 RMB yuan or over 100,000 RMB yuan.In conclusion,the author offered educational suggestions involving the promotion of primary and secondary school teachers'well-being.
