秸秆粉碎机减速器齿轮基于二次非线性规划的优化方法

摘要 研究二次非线性规划问题的优化方法及其在秸秆粉碎机减速器齿轮优化中的应用,提出了一种简单有效、直观的图解优化方法;在此基础上,针对一般二次非线性规划优化问题,给出了一般通解,并基于Matlab编写了相应的优化程序。基于该方法和优化程序,对某高速运行工况下的秸秆粉碎机单极圆柱齿轮减速器进行优化设计,得到了优化方案,为农业机械的设计提供了分析方法。 The optimal method of second nonlinear programming problems was studied.This method was applied to optimizing the reducer gear of straw mill.A simple,effective and intuitive graphic optimization method was proposed.Based on this method,for general nonlinear programming optimization problems,general answers were given,and the corresponding optimization program was compiled based on Matlab.Moreover,based on the method and optimization program,a cylindrical gear reducer of straw mill under high speed condition was optimized,and its optimization scheme was obtained,providing analysis method for the design of agricultural machinery.
