摘要
效益评价是一项涉及多层次、多目标、多准则的复杂系统问题,评价体系与方法的选择将直接决定着评价结果的可靠性与合理性。通过深入研究治理效益评价指标与相关方法,结合阜蒙县西红小流域水土流失综合治理实际情况提出评价体系、方法与过程,旨在为该流域水土保持规划和生态环境保护提供参考价值。
Benefit evaluation is a comprehensive system problem with multi level,multi target and multi-criteria,the evaluation system and method choice will decide directly reliability and rationality of evaluation results. Through studying the evaluation indexes of management benefits and relevant methods in depth,combined with the comprehensive regulation situation about Xihong small watershed soil and water loss in Bumeng County,the evaluation system,method and process were put forward to be aimed at supply reference for soil and water conservation planning and ecological environmental protection in this watershed.
