摘要 水土保持设施验收工作不仅是科学评价水土流失治理项目整体实施效果的重要依据,而且是组成水土保持工作的重要环节并可为水行政主管部门的事后监督检查提供指导与建议。传统的验收方式主要存在验收周期长、过程繁琐、措施效果及其评价标准可靠性低等问题,为满足"天地一体化"水土保持监管的需要无人机技术得到了迅猛的发展,并且在解决传统的水土保持管理方式存在的精度差、看不全、效率低、到不了等问题时具有较强的实用性与有效性。文章以水利工程项目水土保持设施验收中的实际效果为研究对象,分析了无人机遥测技术的优点和工作原理,并在此基础上探讨了在生产建设活动中该技术的应用效果,为水土保持设施验收中无人机遥测技术的推广应用提供实践尝试。 The acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities is not only the important accordance to evaluate scientifically the whole implementation effect of soil and water erosion regulation project,but also an important link composed of soil and water conservation work,and may provide guidance and suggestions for the post supervision and check by water administrative department in charge. There are some problems in traditional acceptance and check methods,such as long acceptance cycle,tedious process,measure effect and low reliability of evaluation criteria,in order to meet the need of "integration of heaven and soil"soil and water conservation supervision,the unmanned aerial vehicle technology has been developed rapidly,also,there are strong practicalbility and effectiveness in solving poor accuracy,incomplete view,low effect and inaccessibility of traditional soil and water conservation management method. Taking the actual effect in acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities of water conservancy project as the studied objective,this paper analyzes the advantages and working principle of unmanned aerial vehicle technology and discusses its application effect of this technology in production and construction activities on this basis,which provide practical attempt for popularization and application of UAV telemetry technology used in acceptance of soil and water facilities.
