摘要
目的探讨加味金水六君煎联合放松护理训练在肺癌围术期患者中的应用效果。方法 80例肺癌择期手术患者被随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。患者术后应用加味金水六君煎,对照组进行常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行放松护理训练。比较2组术前术后的心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)和收缩压(SBP);视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果术后2 d观察组HR、SBP和DBP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、2 d和4 d的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周观察组HAMA和HAMD明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味金水六君煎联合放松护理训练在肺癌围术期患者中应用效果较好,促进了机体康复。
Objective To explore the application effect of modified Jinshui Liujun decoction combined with relaxed nursing training in perioperative patients with lung cancer.Methods Eighty lung cancer patients who underwent elective surgery were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All the patients were decocted with modified Jinshui Liujun decoction after surgery,and the control group received routine perioperative nursing care,while the observation group received relaxation nursing training on the basis of the control group.Heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)Visual analogue scale(VAS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were compared before and after operation in the two groups.Results The levels of HR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores on postoperative day 1,2 and 4 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD in the observation group 1 week after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jinshui Liujun decoction and relaxation nursing training is effective in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients,which promotes the rehabilitation of the body.
