摘要
为提高企业员工工作的积极性和主动性,促进铁路货运更好更快发展,在对铁路既有考核激励机制现状进行分析的基础上,针对铁路货运考核激励机制在动态调整、差异化、联动性、市场导向性等方面存在问题,从完善动态调整考核机制、设置差异化考核机制、构建联动考核机制、增强考核市场化导向性等方面,提出铁路货运市场化经营考核激励机制优化对策。
To motivate employees and promote better and faster development of railway freight transportation,this paper studies the existing assessment and incentive mechanism on railway freight transportation performance,focusing on its insufficiency in the characteristics of dynamic adjustment, differentiation,coordination and market orientation. Accordingly,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the mechanism through making the mechanism a differentiated,coordinated and market-oriented one with better dynamic adjustment.
