摘要
为了满足快速发展的LED行业对光谱总辐射通量的计量需求,研制了一套用于测量光谱总辐射通量的积分球光谱辐射计装置,实现光谱总辐射通量量值的准确传递;介绍了该装置的基本原理、操作规范和不确定度评估。经实例评估,该装置在350~1 100 nm的扩展测量不确定度为U_(rel)=3.1%~1.3%(k=2)。对一组光谱总辐射通量标准灯与变角辐射计进行比对测量,实验结果表明在350~1 100 nm波长上该标准灯组内一致性偏差为0.2%~0.8%,能满足量值传递的需求。
To meet the increasing demand for total spectral radiant flux (TSRF) measurement in the LED industry, we developed a facility of an integrating sphere with a spectroradiometer, and developed relative standard operational procedure. The facility can quickly transfer the TSRF quantity from the standard lamp to the testing lamp. The basic concept, standard operational procedure and measurement uncertainty analysis are shown. The TSRF expanded uncertainty at wavelength range 350~1 100 nm is U rel =3.1%~1.3%( k =2 ). A group of TSRF standard lamp, calibrated by the goniospectroradiometer, are tested using this facility. The experimental results showed the consistency deviations of the group of standard lamp were small than 0.8% at the wavelength range of 350~1 100 nm.
