摘要
通过田间大区对比试验,初步明确了一种益生菌对中晚熟玉米辽单575产量和相关性状的作用效果。施用益生菌后,玉米产量及相关性状发生显著变化,平均增产8.7%,拔节期叶面积指数上升33.3%,抽雄吐丝期株高降低7 cm,成熟期穗位上升5.6 cm(P<0.05)。成熟期穗位叶叶绿素提高8.1%(P<0.10)。
A kind of probiotics was trialed on its effectiveness on corn yield and related characters of mid-late matured variety Liaodan 575 through a field test in Liaoning. After treated with the probiotics, there is a significant rise of corn yield around 8.7%, with leaf area index (LAI) rose 33.3% in jointing stage, plant height lowered 7 cm in tasseling stage, the ear height rose 5.6 cm in matured stage( P <0.05). SPAD value of ear-leaf rose 8.1% in matured stage ( P <0.10).
