伏牛山区红豆杉不同叶龄叶片性状对海拔梯度的响应 被引量:3

Effects of altitude gradient on the leaf traits at different leaf age of Taxus chinensis in Funiu area

摘要 为在物种尺度上探明环境梯度对叶片性状的影响,在宝天曼国家自然保护区北坡采集并测定分布在海拔600~1 050 m的不同年龄红豆杉叶片的形态特征指标和碳、氮、磷含量及其比值等化学计量指标.结果发现:叶片性状显著地受海拔和叶龄的影响及二者的交互影响,幼龄叶性状随海拔增高而线性下降,成年叶和老龄叶性状与海拔的线性关系减弱或消失.其中,海拔850~950 m是叶片性状随海拔线性分布的转折点或过渡区,叶片的形态结构特征较化学计量特征更早地脱离这种线性关系.表明红豆杉适应环境梯度变化的重要策略是改变养分利用状况,叶片性状可作为预测该地区红豆杉种群生产力随环境变化而变化的趋势的重要科学依据. In order to find out the influence of enviromental gradient on leaf traits at species level, defferent age leaves of Taxus chinensis were collected distributed at altitude from 600 to 1 050 m on the northern slope of Baotianman National Nature Reserve. Their morphological characteristics and stoichiometric characteristics such as carbon content, nitrogen content and phosphorus content and their ratios were measured. Results showed that the leaf traits were significantly affected by altitude and leaf age, and their interaction. Young leaf traits decreased linearly with the increase of altitude, but the linear relationship decreased or disappeared between adult and old leaf traits and altitude. And the altitude from 850 to 950 m was the turning point or transition zone of the linear distribution of leaf traits with altitude, and the morphological characteristics of leaves were separated from the linear relationship earlier than the stoichiometric features. Results indicated that to change the nutrient utilization status was the important strategy of Taxus chinensis to adapt to environmental gradient changes, leaf traits could be used as an important scientific basis for predicting the trend of Taxus chinensis population productivity changing with environmental changes in this area.
