摘要
投影寻踪是用来分析和处理尤其是非正态、非线性高维数据的新兴统计方法。本文采用投影寻踪法和灰色关联度法,选择甜叶菊干叶单产、叶茎比、干鲜叶比、RA、总甙作为评价指标,对甜叶菊不同打顶时间进行评价。结果表明,投影寻踪法和灰色关联度法综合评价结果基本一致,即4个甜叶菊不同打顶时间优劣排序依次为:主茎8对叶时打顶>主茎16对叶时打顶、不打顶>主茎24对叶时打顶,表明甜叶菊在主茎8对叶时打顶的综合性状表现最优。
Projection pursuit is a new statistical method used to analyze and process non-normal and nonlinear high-dimensional data. Projection pursuit method and grey relation method were adopted to evaluate the different topping time of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni by using dry leaf yield, leaf stem ratio, dry fresh leaf ratio, Rebaudioside A and total glycosides as evaluation indexes. The comprehensive evaluation results of projection pursuit method and grey relation method were basically identical, and the order of advantages of four stevia's topping time was in order: topping at 8 pairs of leaves on main stem >topping at 16 pairs of leaves on main stem =not-topping >topping at 24 pairs of leaves on main stem. The results showed that comprehensive characters of stevia were the best while topping at 8 pairs of leaves on main stem.
