摘要
培养大学生严谨、创新、合作能力是高等教育的重要任务。医学教科书内的一些不足和缺陷成为教学难点。在药理学教学过程中,采用教、学、研深度融合的方法,融合了以问题为导向的学习模式和团队教学模式,教师发现教科书中的问题,课堂分析问题;学生展开以问题为导向、以团队为基础的学习和研究,分析并解决问题,最后形成总结报告,更新观点和理论并发表论文。文章以药理学总论中的缺陷为例展示了教、学、研深度融合方法在解决药理学教材中存在问题的方法和经验。该方法提高了教学效果,发展了药理学理论,训练了学生的创新精神和实践能力,增强了学生科研兴趣,培养了学生的团队精神,具有推广价值。
The important task for higher education is to cultivate students’ ability of preciseness,innovation and cooperation.But some deficiencies and defects in medical textbooks have become difficult problems in teaching.In the pharmacology teaching process,the method of in-depth fusion of teaching,study and research was usedto solve these problems.Firstly teachers find problems in textbooks and analyse them in class.Students conduct problem-oriented learning and team-based learning to research,analyze and solve problems,and finally form summary reports,update views and theories and publish papers.The method of teaching,learning and research integration improves the teaching effect,and develops the theory of pharmacology.It is also beneficial for training the students’ innovation spirit and practice ability,enhancing the students’ scientific research interest,and cultivating the students’ team spirit as well.This paper takes the defects in the general theory of pharmacology as an example to show the methods and experience of in-depth fusion of teaching,learning and research in solving the problems in pharmacology textbooks.
