摘要
为了研究中草药宝盖草(Lamium amplexicaule L.)是否具有杀虫活性,以期开发其作为植物源农药。运用触杀、熏蒸、趋避等方法研究了丽水产宝盖草5种溶剂提取物对绿豆象的生物活性。结果表明:熏蒸效果最好的为正己烷提取物,半致死浓度为3 658.685μg/mL;触杀效果最好的为石油醚提取物,半致死浓度为1 277.491μg/mL;6 h后石油醚提取物的趋避效果最佳,达到II级。安全评价实验表明,除甲醇提取物外,其余4种提取物对绿豆的萌发影响较小。以上结论表明,活性较好的提取物,可以进一步筛选,以开发作为植物源农药。
To investigate the insecticidal activity of Chinese herbal medicine(Lamium amplexicaule L)and to develop it as botanical pesticide, the contact, fumigation, aversion and other methods were used to study the biological activity of 5 solvent extracts of Lamium amplexicaule L. aganist Callosobruchus chinensis. The results show: hexane extract has best effect in fumigation activity with semi lethal concentration is 3658.685 μg/mL;petroleum ether extract has best effect in contact activity with semi-lethal concentration is 1277.491 μg/mL;the repellent activity of petroleum ether extract is best, reaching II level after 6 h. The safety evaluation experiment shows that in addition to methanol extract, the others has low inhibition rate on mung bean germination. The above results indicate that the extracts with good activity can be further screened so that they can be developed as botanical pesticides.
