摘要
【目的】为确定生菜喷施外源亚精胺(Spd)适宜的浓度,寻找外源Spd缓解胁迫伤害以及生菜栽培提供理论依据。【方法】以耐高温品种G-S59和不耐高温品种P-S11为试验材料,分别喷施0.1、0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0mM的外源亚精胺,并以喷施去离子水为对照,测定了不同浓度外源亚精胺对高温胁迫下生菜的生长指标、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、膜透性和根系活力。【结果】随着喷施Spd浓度的提高,2个品种的生菜植株生长量、根系活力、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性均呈先增加后减少的趋势,且在喷施1.0mM Spd处理达到峰值;外源喷施亚精胺有效降低了膜透性和丙二醛含量,在亚精胺浓度为1.0mM时,2个生菜品种的电解质渗透率和丙二醛含量均达到最低值。【结论】生菜在高温胁迫下,外源喷施亚精胺的适宜浓度为1.0mM。
【Objective】Lettuce is not resistant to high temperatures.When the temperature is too high,it will be spindling and early bolting.The effects of Exogenous Spermidine on the growth of lettuce seedlings and the heat tolerance of antioxidant enzyme system were studied.【Methods】The exogenous spermidines of 0.1,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mM were sprayed on high temperature tolerant varieties G-S59 and P-S11 respectively.The growth index,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity,membrane permeability and root activity of lettuce under high temperature stress were determined by spraying deionized water as control.【Results】 With the increasing of spermidine (Spd) concentration,plant growth,superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase activities of two varieties lettuce increased beginning and then decreasing,and reached the peak value in 1.0 mM Spd treatment.Exogenous spermidine spraying reduced membrane permeability effectively.The electrolyte permeability and malondialdehyde contents of two lettuce varieties achieved the lowest values at spermidine concentration of 1.0 mM.【Conclusion】Under high temperature stress of lettuce,the suitable concentration of exogenous spray spermidine was 1.0 mM.
