摘要
本文介绍对催化重整装置氢气的优化利用,通过新增膜分离单元,膜分离原料压缩机,以及抽余油加氢循环氢压缩机,对催化重整装置氢气进行膜回收优化利用后,重整氢网区域由管网供氢,到向氢网输送2872 Nm^3/h的新氢,氢气利用率从零提高至近40%,提高了氢气利用率,减少石脑油、天然气的制氢消耗,增加效益4921万元/年,投资回报期仅为0.28年。
This paper introduced that the study of hydrogen optimal utilization in petrochemical catalytic reforming, the catalytic reforming hydrogen network were changed the supply situation through the new membrane separation unit, membrane separation materials compressor, and raffinate oil hydrogenation recycle hydrogen compressor. The catalytic reforming hydrogen network transport 2872 Nm^3/h new hydrogen to the system hydrogen network, and the utilization rate of hydrogen increased from zero nearly 40 %, because of Reducing the naphtha, gas hydrogen consumption, the petrochemical catalytic reforming could benefit RMB 49.21 million/year, and the investment return period was only 0.28 years.
