摘要
惠州市某镇生活污水处理厂一期提标改造工程设计规模万1.0万m3/d,污水处理厂提标前的尾水排放标准采用广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准和《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准的较严者;提标后采用广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准和《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准的较严者。提标改造工程增加了混凝池+反硝化深床滤池深度污水处理工艺,通过投加药剂,补充碳源,保证SS、TP和TN同时稳定达标。混凝池+反硝化深床滤池综合了生物脱氮、除磷和过滤的功能,灵活运行,结合前端主体工艺,保证出水稳定达标。
The design scale of the first-phase bid reconstruction project of a living sewage treatment plant in Huizhou City is 10,000 m3/d. The tailwater discharge standard before the proposed standard for sewage treatment plants adopts the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard "Water Contaminant Emission Limits"(DB44/26-2001) for the second time period and the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standard"(GB18918-2002). The stricter of Class B standards;After the proposal, the standard of the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard "Water Pollutant Emission Limits"(DB44/26-2001) and the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standard" level A standard were adopted. The bid improvement project has increased the deep sewage treatment process of the concrete pool + denitrifying deep bed filter, and added the agent to supplement the carbon source to ensure that SS, TP, and TN are stable and meet the standards at the same time. The concrete pool + denitrifying deep bed filter integrates the functions of biological denitrification, phosphorus removal and filtration, and operates flexibly. Combined with the front-end main process, it ensures that the water output is stable and meets the standards.
