摘要 多糖是自然界广泛存在的一类天然有机大分子物质,也是生物机体的主要能量物质,与蛋白质、核酸、脂肪一起被视为生命的四大基本物质,具有至关重要的生物功能。多糖的生物活性与多糖的种类以及结构相关密切,目前中草药多糖的研究主要集中在分离纯化、结构表征和生物活性方面。本文主要对近年来国内外植物多糖的结构解析、药理活性及构效研究进行综述。 Polysaccharide is a kind of natural organic macromolecular substance widely existed in nature. It is also the main energy substance of living organisms. It is regarded as the four basic substances of life together with protein, nucleic acid and fat. It is a vital organism. Features. The biological activity of polysaccharides is closely related to the type and structure of polysaccharides. At present, the research on polysaccharides of Chinese herbal medicines mainly focuses on separation and purification, structural characterization and biological activity. In this paper, the structural analysis, pharmacological activity and structure-activity of plant polysaccharides at home and abroad are reviewed.
