鲎血细胞蛋白微胶囊的研究

摘要 本文以壳聚糖作为壁材,鲎血细胞蛋白为芯材,以微胶囊粒径、表观为判断标准,通过正交实验,采用化学交联法制备微胶囊,并测试其释放率。结果确定鲎血细胞蛋白微胶囊的最佳制备工艺:2%壳聚糖在45℃水浴中按500 r/min转速搅拌,加入3%的25%戊二醛制备出粒径小于200μm微胶囊,且表观圆整光滑,包封率达到85.95%。微胶囊在模拟胃液和模拟肠液中五小时后的蛋白释放率分别是29.19%和36.48%,在模拟肠液中的蛋白释放率高于模拟胃液,减少了鲎血细胞蛋白在胃液里的损耗。 Based on chitosan as wall material, and blood protein as core material, regarding microcapsule particle size and apparent as the judgment standard, microcapsules were prepared by chemical crosslinking through the orthogonal experiment, and its releasing rate were also tested. Result has shown the best preparation technology of blood-cell protein microcapsule: 2% chitosan was stirred in 45 ℃ water bath at a speed of 500 rpm, and then adding 3% of 25% glutaraldehyde solution, the obtained microcapsules were apparently round and smooth with a particle size of less than 200 microns, their encapsulation rate could reach 85.95%. The protein release rate of microcapsule in simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice for five hours were 29.19% and 36.48% respectively, which the protein release rate in simulating intestinal juice was higher than that in simulated gastric juice, helpful for reducing loss of the blood-cel protein in gastric juice.
