摘要
执行概算是工程项目实施过程中重要的管理性文件,特别是对于设计周期、实施周期较短的光伏发电工程。在工程实施过程中,通过执行概算单价和已完成合同工程量,以及对设计概算的分解、细化与重组,及时反映工程投资完成情况显得尤为重要。文章通过比较分析光伏发电项目执行概算与设计概算投资的差异性,对光伏发电项目设计概算及执行概算的编制提出了进一步的改进与深化的意见,供相关编制人员参考。
The implementation estimate is an important investment management document for the project construction stage, especially for the project’s short life cycle photovoltaic power generation project. In the process of project implementation, it is very important to reflect the completion of project investment in a timely manner through the execution of unit price and contract quantity and the decomposition,refinement and reorganization of design estimate. Through the comparative analysis of photovoltaic power generation of the difference of investment estimates of project implementation and design estimates, the author puts forward some suggestions for design estimates and investment estimates of photovoltaic power generation project.
