摘要
以土地科学学科内涵研究为基础,分析建立土地资源管理专业人才一般培养目标。培养目标的确定应以土地科学的学科内涵为基础,依据专业技术应用型人才和土地科学学科研究后备人才的需求进行系统的梳理和总结。培养目标包括本专业一般培养目标和基于需求的具体培养目标体系。土地科学的基本概念与内涵为土地资源管理专业人才一般培养目标确定提供基本依据,并为不同院校制定符合自身发展特点的特色人才培养目标提供了指导。
Based on the study of the connotation of land science,this paper analyses and establishes the general training objectives for the talents of Land Resource Management specialty.The determination of training objectives should be based on the connotation of the land science discipline.Based on the demand of professional and technical applied talents and reserve talents of the land science discipline,the summary is systematically carried out.The training objectives include the general training objective of the specialty and the specific training objective system based on needs.The basic concepts and connotations of land science provide the basis for determining the general training objectives of Land Resource Management talents and offer the guidance for different colleges and universities to formulate their own characteristics of talent training objectives.
