摘要
介绍了齿轮箱体铸件的结构及技术要求,根据对前阶段生产的齿轮箱体出现的本体硬度低问题进行了分析,采取了以下措施:(1)加强熔炼用原材料的质量控制,选用单一的普通A3钢和汽车厂冲压的边角余料的打包废钢,并稳定熔炼材料的供货渠道,不轻易更换供货商;(2)调整w(C)、w(Si)量,采用Cu、Cr、Sn 3种合金进行合金化处理;(3)适当降低浇注温度。生产结果显示:工艺改进后,铸件的布氏硬度得到了提高,稳定达到160~229 HB,满足技术要求。
The structure and technical requirements of gear box castings were introduced. According to the low hardness of the gear box produced in the previous stage,the following measures were taken:(1)Strengthen the quality control of raw materials for smelting. Single ordinary A3 steel and car factory stamped corner scraps were used. And stabilize the supply channel of smelting materials. The supplier was not been replaced easily.(2)Adjust w(C),w(Si) amount,and use Cu,Cr,and Sn alloys for alloying treatment.(3)The casting temperature was appropriately lowered. The production results showed that after the process was improved,the brinell hardness of the casting was higher and the stability reached 160~229 HB,which met the technical requirements.
