摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心骨科外来器械全程质量管理效果。方法将2016年6月—2017年5月消毒供应中心接收的5 120件骨科外来器械设为对照组,将2017年6月—2018年5月接收的5 141件骨科外来器械设为研究组。对照组实施传统消毒供应中心管理模式;研究组开展全程质量管理模式。比较2组骨科外来器械的使用情况。结果 2组骨科外来器械的使用合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组骨科外来器械的污染率、损坏率和丢失率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心引入全程质量管理模式,能提高质量管理效率。
Objective To investigate the effect of whole-process quality management of loaner instruments for orthopedic surgery in the central sterile supply department.Methods Totally 5120 cases of loaner instruments for orthopedic surgery cleaned in central sterile supply department between June 2016 and May 2017 were set as the control group,another 5141 cases of loaner instruments cleaned between June 2017 and May 2018 were set as the study group.The routine process management was adopted in the control group,while the whole-process quality management was implemented in the study group.The cleaning efficacy of loaner instruments for orthopedic surgery was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in usage rate of loaner instruments between two groups (P>0.05).The contamination rate,damage rate and loss rate of loaner instruments were lower in the study group than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-process quality management can improve the cleaning efficacy and quality control of loaner instruments for orthopedic surgery in the central sterile supply department.
