摘要
本文主要就柠檬鲜果、柠檬精油、柠檬苦素、柠檬果胶、柠檬膳食纤维以及柠檬中黄酮类物质的开发研究进展进行了概述,并指出未来柠檬的研究方向。
In this paper, the research progress of fresh lemon fruit, lemon essential oil, limonin, lemon pectin, lemon dietary fiber and flavonoids in lemon were summarized, and pointed out the research direction of lemon in the future.
