摘要
蔬菜和水果是生活中最常见的食物,其质量和食品安全、人们的健康联系密切。基于此,监管部门需要提高对蔬菜和水果农药残留的重视,认识到农药残留检测中质量控制的重要性,采用合理的质量控制措施,保障蔬菜和水果的质量。
Vegetables and fruits are the most common food in people’s life, their quality and food safety are closely related to people’s health. Therefore, regulatory departments need to pay more attention to pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits, recognize the importance of quality control in pesticide residues detection, and adopt reasonable quality control measures to ensure the quality of vegetables and fruits.
